Redd Properties Welcomes Hotard Coaches to Sulphur

We are pleased to announce that Hotard Coaches, the South’s leading provider of group transportation services has opened its first facility in Louisiana’s southwestern region with a new operations center in Sulphur. Hotard operates an extensive fleet serving corporate events, athletics, and workplace transportation requirements.

Hotard’s decision to expand to our region is indicative of the tremendous growth we are experiencing due to our thriving energy sector, port access to the Gulf and proximity to the Energy Capital of the Western Hemisphere – Houston. 

Founded in 1935, Hotard Coaches started with a bus line connecting St. John Parish to New Orleans and now operates fleets in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. The company is a member of the All Aboard America Holdings family of brands and operates as part of the global Kelsian Group.

Hotard has occupied the former AutoPlex car dealership site at 2910 East Napoleon Street in Sulphur in the Highway 90 Corridor after a substantial renovation project managed by Redd Properties – which also facilitated a long-term lease for Hotard. The new operations facility is comprised of a 12,000-square-foot office building that underwent a complete renovation, plus a state-of-the-art 18,000-square-foot maintenance and service center. The facility features 18-foot heights specifically designed to accommodate large-scale motorcoach maintenance.
