The drone imagery from the Ravias project highlights three industrial properties, two of which were build-to-suit (BTS) projects managed by Matt Redd and constructed by Redd Construction. The first project completed was the Sunbelt Rentals facility, developed by Redd on land at the corner of Beglis Parkway and Ravia Road in Sulphur. A third-party investor then purchased the 12 acres of raw land behind Sunbelt Rentals and enlisted Redd Properties to prepare it for development. This site became home to a 30,000-square-foot machine shop for Setpoint Integrated Solutions. Shortly after the Setpoint project, the same investor, recognizing market potential, had Redd Properties and Redd Construction build a 7,500-square-foot speculative building. SinceĀ  construction in 2016, the building has remained leased. The investor has continued to work with Redd Properties to find suitable sites for build-to-suit and speculative developments in other Louisiana locations.
